Full Scale planning is perfect for the busy bride or one who would rather not worry about forgetting something. Every aspect of your wedding is carefully planned and carried out. With two dedicated coordinators and a personal attendant on your wedding day you can be completely at ease. Call us for your complimentary meeting!

Ceremony Only
Two coordinators and a personal attendant are present on your wedding day to ensure a stree free atmosphere for everyone!
Includes:
* directing Services at the rehearsal
* preparing processional and recessional schedules
* checking facility the day of the rehearsal and the day of the wedding
* assisting the officiate or conducting the rehearsal
* directing services of the Ceremony
* assistance with flower pinning, distribution of flowers and bouquets
* checking deliveries
* assisting attendants as needed
* emergency kit
* set up of programs, guest book, and other special ceremony items
* assisting photographer with the arrangement of pictures
* review and provide copies of
processional schedule with all vendors
* assist with recessional and arrange for the return for pictures
* handle any and all emergencies that arise!

Ceremony & Reception
Includes everything above plus:
* prepare and distribute a reception schedule to all staff
* work with all vendors to ensure a smooth reception
* verify catering and setup
* verify wedding cake delivery and setup
* arrange receiving line or grand entrance
* review music schedule and work with dj or musicians
* arrange first dance, father/daughter dance, and any other special moments
* confirm seating plans, bridal table, attendants, and guests
* check on gift table, registry, place cards, etc.
* cue Best Man and others for their toasts
* arrange cake cutting ceremony
* set up garter toss and bridal bouquet
* prepare area for leave taking: distribute favors, move guests to appropriate area
* handle related duties as decided upon by myself and you, the client
